Charlotte joined PEM in November 2018 as an Account Assistant and has progressed to Manager. Before joining PEM, Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She later decided to change her career path and began working as a HR Systems Administrator for a HR and Payroll company. During this time, she started studying AAT, which she successfully completed at PEM in 2022. Charlotte then progressed to studying ACCA to achieve her Chartered Certified qualification.
As a Manager in our VFO department, Charlotte is responsible for a team, supporting them to provide a valued service to our clients. Charlotte enjoys working closely with clients to find solutions to their pain points, particularly in the Biotechnology sector.
In her spare time, Charlotte loves baking and enjoys participating in fitness classes including Fitbeats and Pilates.
