Before joining PEM, Luke gained a masters degree in Chemistry from the University of York. He then switched tack and trained at a small general practice where he gained experience of audit, accounts, business tax and personal tax. In 2022 Luke joined PEM as an Accounts Senior and has since progressed to an Accounts Manager.
Luke is responsible for a diverse portfolio of businesses where he manages the full statutory compliance cycle of accounts and corporation tax as well as providing proactive, year-round support. His focus is on building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, leveraging PEM’s full-service offering to deliver strategic insights and tailored support.
Within PEM, Luke is passionate about developing junior team members recognising that their growth is essential to maintaining the high standards of service PEM is known for.
Outside of work, Luke is a keen woodwind player and performs with a number of ensembles around Cambridge.
