Darren is an Assistant Director within our Corporate Finance team. He is a qualified ACA accountant with over four years of experience at Grant Thornton and an additional year and a half at a regional corporate finance boutique.
Darren brings a wealth of expertise to the team, having worked with a diverse range of businesses, from large blue-chip global brands to university spin-outs. His specialist knowledge allows him to provide tailored advice to clients across various industries.
Darren’s experience includes assisting shareholders and management teams in the formulation, planning, and execution of successful trade sales, private equity investments, management buyouts and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in the industrials, TMT, healthcare and business services sectors.
