Manager | VFO
Kirsty joined PEM in September 2016 as an Account Manager within our Virtual Finance Office (VFO) team and has since progressed to the role of Manager. Before joining PEM, she gained valuable industry experience as an accounts assistant at a manufacturing company, where she also completed her AAT qualification. Kirsty continued to invest in her professional development during her time at PEM, studying CIMA and achieving full qualification in October 2024.
As a Manager in the VFO department, Kirsty is responsible for supporting the team to ensure the delivery of a consistently high‑quality service to clients. She is passionate about helping others develop their skills and experience and takes great pride in supporting colleagues along their own progression paths at PEM.
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys travelling and discovering new places and cultures. When the weather is warm, she loves paddleboarding, and she also enjoys hiking throughout the year. A self‑confessed dessert lover, she balances her sweet tooth by being a frequent gym‑goer.
