Tom joined PEM after graduating from Loughborough University and brings over 10 years’ audit experience to his role as Director and Responsible Individual (RI).
Combining deep technical expertise with a client-focused approach, Tom delivers tailored solutions and strategic insights that go beyond compliance, enabling businesses to make informed decisions and achieve long-term success. His experience spans owner-managed businesses, large corporate groups, and high-growth startups, giving him a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing dynamic businesses.
He works closely with companies in the technology sector and other innovative industries, including VC-backed businesses, helping them navigate complex compliance requirements and scale effectively. Tom is passionate about supporting pioneering businesses that drive the future through innovation, bold ideas, and cutting-edge technology.
As a Director and RI in the Audit and Accounts department, Tom plays a key leadership role in ensuring audit quality and regulatory compliance across complex engagements. He is also an advocate for innovation within the firm, driving the adoption of new technologies and progressive approaches that enhance audit quality, improve efficiency, and position PEM at the forefront of a rapidly evolving professional landscape.

Outside of work, Tom is a keen sportsman and enjoys playing cricket during the summer months.
