Advisory Manager – Private Clients

Responsible for a small portfolio of clients and delivering first class advice and service for both clients and PEM staff. A Manager must present solutions to increasingly complex technical issues. Reviewing of the team’s work and technical abilities. Working closely with Partners and Directors with a view to technical and advanced planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. Managers should assist the Partners in managing the team, including day to day monitoring of the workloads, work in progress, debtors, training needs and general business development.

Tax Adviser – Personal Tax

We are looking for a Personal Tax Adviser to join our specialist Personal Tax team. As a Personal Tax Adviser, you will be responsible for assisting Partners and Managers in the smooth running of their groups and for ensuring that technical work under their control is carried out in accordance with the firm’s standards and procedures.

You will be expected to assist Managers, Senior Tax Managers, Directors and Partners in meeting the firm’s strategic aims, marketing and commercial objectives, and contribute to the administration and overall performance of their group. Account Manager – Virtual Finance Office

Our Virtual Finance Office (VFO) is growing and we are searching for an Account Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be minimum of AAT Qualified (potentially ACCA or equivalent) have portfolio management experience and will have used cloud based accounting. The VFO – PEM’s managed accounting service team provides a full ‘back office’ facility to client companies and organisations, including bookkeeping, management reporting, credit control and general business support.  

We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager who will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of the service, working closely with the account managers to ensure all aspects of accounts preparation and management reporting for clients is delivered accurately and on time. You will be AAT PQ/Qualified and enjoy working on a varied portfolio of clients. From data entry, ledger management to bookkeeping and management reporting – this role is ideal for someone who likes being busy, has great customer service and communication skills and a high level of IT literacy, particularly within accounting software.
