Grace joined PEM’s Charities & Non-profit team in July 2025, bringing over 13 years of specialist experience in auditing and advising organisations across the charity, not-for-profit, and public sectors. Her career has included senior roles at Deloitte and BDO after training at Sayer Vincent, where she led audits for a wide range of clients from large international charities to smaller community-focused organisations.
Grace is passionate about supporting the sector and enhancing audit quality. She has delivered technical training and sector updates to colleagues and external stakeholders, helping to build understanding and confidence in charity financial reporting.
At PEM, Grace is responsible for a portfolio of charity and non-profit clients and continues to share her expertise through internal training and external events.
Grace enjoys a collaborative approach to resolving technical queries and is committed to maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
