Tom joined PEM in 2024 as a Senior Manager in our Audit team.
Prior to joining PEM, Tom graduated from the University of York in 2017 and joined KPMG’s intensive graduate scheme. He became ACA qualified in 2020 and was promoted to Manager in 2022.
Tom prides himself on his organisation skills, which proves invaluable when managing his portfolio. He enjoys the technical side of accounting and is always ready to assist his team in niche or complex areas. Tom implements a people-first approach to audits, prioritising relationships with both his client’s finance team and his own engagement team. This ensures engagement and value on both sides and results in his clients becoming more invested in the audit process.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys running, going to the gym and playing PlayStation or his guitar. He’s currently wedding planning and is due to get married in September 2025.
