Amy began her journey with PEM in the marketing team as a Marketing Assistant in 2017. Over time, she began to specialise more in fundraising, volunteer days and giving back to the community. In 2023, PEM and Amy developed her role so that she could fully focus on how PEM supports the community of Cambridgeshire, the environment, and our people, settling on the title of ESG and Community Lead.
Amy is responsible for managing the PEM Charitable Trust, our volunteer scheme, how we support charities in Cambridgeshire, our ESG strategy, how we can be more sustainable and all internal staff events.
Apart from spending time with friends and family, Amy loves dancing and regularly attends classes – she even teaches them! She also really enjoys going to the West End to watch musicals. Amy is currently 1,000 days into learning Spanish on Duolingo!
