PEM sponsors Hills Road Sixth Form Social Action Week 2026.

PEM is proud to be sponsoring Hills Road Sixth Form College’s Social Action Week, supporting a programme that encourages students to engage with their local community and make a meaningful social impact.

Social Action Week brings together a range of activities that enable students to explore social responsibility, develop practical skills, and contribute their time and energy to causes they care about. The initiative has a strong track record of success: students raised more than £40,000 for charities last year, demonstrating the powerful impact young people can have when given the opportunity and support to take action.

As part of this year’s programme, students will be fundraising on Parker’s Piece on Monday 19 May, from 10am-4pm. Hills Road would welcome the support of the local community through attendance, donations and encouragement on the day.

Through its sponsorship, PEM is delighted to help make Social Action Week possible, reinforcing the firm’s long‑standing commitment to education, social mobility and community initiatives across Cambridgeshire.

Speaking about the sponsorship, Warren Tilbury, Managing Partner at PEM, said:

“We’re really pleased to support Hills Road Social Action Week. Initiatives like this help young people develop confidence, awareness and a strong sense of social responsibility – qualities that benefit individuals, employers and the wider community alike.”

PEM is also proud to offer employment opportunities every year to school and university leavers, providing structured career pathways that lead to professional qualifications and a career that can span a lifetime. Many people at PEM began their careers straight from education – including Warren Tilbury himself, whose journey from early‑career professional to Managing Partner reflects the firm’s long‑term commitment to investing in people, progression and personal development.

As a local firm, PEM believes strongly in giving back and supporting opportunities for young people in the region. The firm looks forward to continuing its relationship with Hills Road Sixth Form College and wishes all students involved a successful and inspiring Social Action Week.
