PEM are delighted to welcome you to the Kreston UK and Ireland Conference 2025 which will be held in central Cambridge on Thursday 6 and Friday 7 March 2025. Set out below is the programme of events, agenda, special interest groups, breakout rooms and delegate listing.

Conference Registration

Once arriving to the hotel, please head over to the Conference Registration table, also in the hotel lobby, where one of our team will be there to welcome you and issue your conference lanyard.

Breakfast is included in your stay and is served in the Garden House Restaurant from 6:10am.

Thursday evening welcome drinks reception

A formal dinner has not been arranged on Thursday evening. As in previous years, delegates will arrange their own meals.

The Graduate Hotel has its own restaurant, the Garden House, and they are happy to take reservations. Otherwise, there are a selection of great local restaurants and pubs just a short walk from the hotel. Pre-booking is recommended.

The formal part of the conference finishes at 4:30pm and we will meet up again in the hotel reception at 5:45pm to take a short walk to the University Arms Hotel.

Dinner (preceded by welcome drinks) will be held in the Crick Room at the University Arms Hotel. The menu is yet to be finalised and will be circulated closer to the conference date. Your dietary requirements have been stated in the registration form.

Travel Information

The closest airport to Cambridge is London Stansted, which also has a train line running direct to Cambridge.
There are taxi ranks outside the airport terminal.
The airport is approximately a 40-minute drive to/from the hotel.
The Graduate Hotel is a 10-minute drive or 30-minute walk from Cambridge Train Station.
There is limited parking available at the hotel at a cost of £26.50 per night, so you may wish to car share or arrive by train.
