Phil is the Administrator for Relate, the National umbrella organisation for the federation of counselling charities that operated under the Relate name. Phil led a successful sale of its operations just before Christmas saving c.200 jobs and countless marriages given January is the peak season for family counselling services. Phil will run through the issues faced, and the warning signs that were missed, so this should be a thought provoking discussion.

Phil will also touch upon the issues FRP are seeing in the Private School sector.

About Phil

Phil joined FRP in 2017 and is a Partner in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in FRP’s London office, with over 25 years of restructuring experience in various sectors including health, retail, casual dining and education. Phil is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and has a particular focus on the Charity and NFP Sector. Phil is also an approved Interim Manager for the Charity Commission.
