Manager - Corporate Finance.

Focussing on Accounts, you will enjoy working with a varied and exciting client base. You will be ACA / ACCA Qualified and have gained several year’s experience within a busy practice environment.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our busy Business Tax team. If you are CTA qualified, and have a minimum of 3+ years specialist business tax experience we would love to hear from you. You will enjoy managing your own compliance portfolio and will contribute to some interesting and varied advisory projects. Responsible for a small portfolio of clients and delivering first class advice and service for both clients and PEM staff. A Manager must present solutions to increasingly complex technical issues. Reviewing of the team’s work and technical abilities. Working closely with Partners and Directors with a view to technical and advanced planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. Managers should assist the Partners in managing the team, including day to day monitoring of the workloads, work in progress, debtors, training needs and general business development.

The VFO – PEM’s managed accounting service team provides a full ‘back office’ facility to client companies and organisations, including bookkeeping, management reporting, credit control and general business support.  

We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager who will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of the service, working closely with the account managers to ensure all aspects of accounts preparation and management reporting for clients is delivered accurately and on time. You will be AAT PQ/Qualified and enjoy working on a varied portfolio of clients. From data entry, ledger management to bookkeeping and management reporting – this role is ideal for someone who likes being busy, has great customer service and communication skills and a high level of IT literacy, particularly within accounting software.

Our Virtual Finance Office (VFO) is growing and we are searching for an Account Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be minimum of AAT Qualified (potentially ACCA or equivalent) have portfolio management experience and will have used cloud based accounting. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient service to a portfolio of diverse and interesting clients. Strong accountancy and communication skills are essential.

We are currently recruiting for Trainee Accountants to join both our Audit & Accounts and VFO Teams.

These roles will commence in August 2021.

You will need a minimum of three ‘A’ Levels, (A or B grade), ideally in relevant subjects (maths, business, economics etc), have a professional approach, good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.  You’ll enjoy working as part of a busy team and whilst we expect you to work hard we also expect you to have lots of fun along the way!  We are a friendly, supportive and flexible firm, offering exceptional training and excellent career progression.
