The Virtual Finance Office (VFO) – PEM’s managed accounting service team provides a full ‘back office’ facility to client companies and organisations, including bookkeeping, management reporting, credit control and general business support.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Analyst to join our VFO team. The individual will play a pivotal role in developing an approach and streamlining data management processes. The role is key to turning complex data into clear information that can be used to make informed business decisions. Analysing and interpreting data trends, streamlining data management processes, and presenting findings to various stakeholders across PEM.

Tax Adviser – Employment Tax

Our Employment Tax team is growing and we are looking for a full or part-qualified CTA to join our team. Ideally you will have employment tax experience but we would be pleased to speak with you if you have been working in other areas of tax and would like a change in direction.

Manager – Employment Tax

Our Employment Tax team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on employee share incentives, designing and implementing share option schemes, advising on employment related securities, agreeing share valuations with HMRC, assisting clients with HMRC share scheme compliance as well as general employment tax matters.

Working for existing Employment Tax clients and new clients on advisory and compliance matters with the ability to convert referral opportunities (both internally and externally from a strong network) into fees for the team. The role involves a great deal of client contact. External/internal promotion of employment tax services is required to generate new opportunities including presentations and networking.
