Audit Partner and Head of the Owner Managed Business Team
Stephen is a Client Relationship Partner and has 21 years experience with PEM. He is a member of the firm's Management Committee and is head of audit and accounts.
Stephen has a wide ranging portfolio, including many owner managed businesses, medical and farming clients.
Stephen develops a close relationship with many of his family owned businesses helping them with succession issues.
He is know for his use of plain English and straight talking.

Manager, Audit
Nina joined PEM in 2006 and is a Manager within our Businesses Services Group. Prior to joining PEM, Nina gained five years experience working for and qualifying with one of the ‘Big 4’ firms based in Cambridge.
Nina has a wide ranging portfolio with the majority of her clients being owner managed businesses, both incorporated and unincorporated and charities. Nina provides her clients with a personal approach to services ranging from bookkeeping and management accounts to statutory accounts preparation. She is regularly involved with start up businesses ensuring clients set off in the right direction.

Manager, Audit
Ed is an Audit Manager and has been with the firm since 2002. Having joined PEM after his university studies, Ed qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005.
Ed has a diverse portfolio of clients, encompassing companies and partnerships of varying sizes and including two Cambridge Colleges, but with a particular focus on owner managed businesses and property investment and development clients. Ed is also heavily involved with offering strategic advice to the firm’s clients, focusing on issues such as profit improvement.

Manager, Business Tax
Jennifer is a Manager within the Business and Corporate Tax department. She looks after a diverse portfolio of clients, both in terms of size and industry, but with a particular emphasis on owner managed businesses. She has experience across a range of taxes which is particularly important when looking after the affairs of OMBs and also specialises in R&D Tax Relief for the firm’s technology clients.

Audit Partner
Warren specialises in corporate assignments with a wide portfolio of clients including many owner managed businesses, SME’s and technology companies. As a key member of the Technology and Owner Managed Businesses Teams Warren advises companies from start up and early stage growth through to established businesses dealing with complex financing reporting and commercial issues. Warren also has responsibility for PEM’s Virtual Finance Office (VFO), our flexible and tailored outsourced finance function.
