Since 1995 Peters Elworthy & Moore’s specialist division PEM Recovery, has been helping individuals with financial difficulties. We are not a large corporate and we do not operate a "volume" business or offer a "one size fits all" approach. We recognise that each person is in a different place and so we will help you address your specific issues with advice tailored to your personal situation.

We are aware that financial problems spill over into all aspects of your life and the longer you wait before getting help the worse it all seems to get. Our experience shows that obtaining proper advice at an early stage is always the right choice but we know that when cash is short, the question of how to pay for proper advice is just one more worry. Initially, therefore, we will offer you our time for free.

Our team is always led by a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP) who will offer practical, down-to-earth advice. Our approach is personal and professional and we focus on all advice being constructive and specific to your situation.

We will provide you with a confidential consultation with either Shay Lettice or Kate Merry who are our IPs. We will listen to what you have to say and help you to make sense of your financial position. Once we understand the position, we will explain to you the options that are available and their likely consequences. We will discuss those options with you, answer your questions and work with you to determine which is the most appropriate solution.
