Partner, PEM Recovery
Shay leads the PEM Debt Assistance and Business Recovery teams. Having obtained a degree in Accounting and Finance, Shay qualified both as a Chartered Accountant and an Insolvency Practitioner. He also serves on the Eastern Regional Committee of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.

Manager, PEM Recovery
Kate is a licensed insolvency practitioner with over 11 years’ experience. Kate heads up the Recovery department, which incorporates the Business Recovery and Personal Insolvency teams. The Recovery teams deal with all types of insolvency procedures. Kate has particular expertise in dealing with businesses (incorporated and sole traders) and in the rescue procedures known as voluntary arrangements.
