Company Secretarial

The Companies Acts 1985 and 2006 include legislation on company secretarial requirement and it is important that all the company’s records are kept up to date to fully comply with this legislation. The key areas where PEM can help you meet these statutory responsibilities are:-

  • The Provision of a Registered Office Address
  • The maintenance of up-to-date statutory books available for inspection at any time
  • The prompt submission of the company’s annual return to the registrar of companies
  • The completion and notification of various Companies House forms, including any changes in directors or their particulars.

Fees

As part of our standardisation of the Company Secretarial process, we charge a fixed annual fee (excluding VAT) for these three services as follows:

1. Provision of registered office

  • For a single company £100
  • For a group or association of up to five companies £200
  • For a group or association of over five companies £300

2. Maintenance of statutory books

  • For a single company £100
  • For a group or association of up to five companies £200
  • For a group or association of over five companies £300

3. Annual return service

  • Per company (including electronic filing fee) £60
