Our business is providing advice and support to those running their own businesses which may be in financial difficulties.

Our experience shows that when you are running a business, whether you are on your own, in partnership or have a limited company, obtaining advice at an early stage is vital but often, the question of how to pay for proper advice is just one more worry. Initially, therefore, we offer your our time for free.

Our team is always led by a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP) and we always offer practical, down to earth advice. Our approach is personal and professional and we focus on all advice being constructive and specific to your situation.

We will provide you with a confidential consultation with Shay Lettice or Kate Merry who are our IPs. We will listen to what you have to say and help you make sense of the position your business is in. Once we understand the problem, we will explain to you the options that are available and their liekly consequences. We will discuss those options with you, answer your questions and work with you to determine which is the most appropriate solution.
