	Shay Lettice Shay leads the PEM Debt Assistance and Business Recovery teams. Having obtained a degree in Accounting and Finance, Shay qualified both as a Chartered Accountant and an Insolvency Practitioner. He also serves on the Eastern Regional Committee of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. Email: slettice@pem.co.uk
	Mary Currie-Smith Mary is head of the Business Rescue team and is also an Insolvency Practitioner. Mary specialises in advising small and medium sized companies on business recovery issues. She has over twenty years experience in dealing with insolvent companies and advising on recovery options. Mary also has responsibility for Solvent Restructuring cases and has dealt with many solvent liquidations and, in concert with the PEM tax team, S110 reconstructions. Email: mcurrie-smith@pem.co.uk
	Kate Merry Kate is our third Insolvency Practitioner and heads up our Debt Assistance & Personal Insolvency team. Kate has, for many years, helped people to deal with excess debt through negotiating informal deals with lenders or through Individual Voluntary Arrangements which allow borrowers to get their lives back on track.
