Investment in or disposal of charity property can generate significant returns to invest in charitable activities. However, charities need to be wary of the governance and tax pitfalls which could catch them unawares. Our experts will give a run-down of some key areas to consider and how charities can seek comfort that they are taking the best course of action available to them.
