EARPG Seminar: Settling disputes in farming families & businesses

08:00am - 10:00am
British Racing School
Snailwell Road

Register now to attend the next East Anglia Rural Professionals Group meeting on Tuesday 13 June 2017 at the British Racing School, Newmarket. We're very excited to welcome guest speaker David Hooper, a consultant from Brown & Co and a mediator.

David has over 35 years’ experience in business and property consultancy, during which he has helped clients to deal with most of the difficulties likely to be encountered in property, business and the farming sector. Whether family disagreements, partnership problems, construction disputes or commercial conflicts, David has helped parties in dispute to find mutually beneficial or commercially workable solutions.

This presentation will outline the pros and cons of mediation, using case studies involving contract farming, rural tenancies, family and will disputes. David prefers discussion to lecturing, so please come armed with questions.

The event will start at 08.00am with a networking breakfast followed by the presentation which is expected to start at 08:30am. To book your space(s) please sign up with the registration form below. Alternatively contact Marie Lewis on 01223 728273 | mlewis@pem.co.uk. There is a small charge of £10 per head to cover the cost of facilities.
