PEM IT Services have recently launched its improved remote support tool – Citrix GoToAssist.

Basically the service allows us to connect to any PC anywhere in the world – as long as it is connected to the Internet. The user goes to our website and then accepts a request for us to link to their machine. We then get full access to their machine –viewing their screen and taking control of their keyboard and mouse."
Jon continues, "As well as providing a quick response to problems, it also reduces our need to travel out to client sites. The client doesn’t need to install lots of software or change their computer setup – it just works!"
