At Peters Elworthy & Moore we have developed a package of management account services which is designed to meet the exact requirements of our business clients.

The Service

The service offers, for a fixed fee:

Up to date, accurate information about the performance of your business
Regular meetings to review progress and consider future developments
The opportunity to ensure that your business operates in the most tax-efficient way possible

At your request, we will put together an individual package of services at a fixed price for a period of 12 months. As part of the fixed-fee package you can choose to have your management accounts prepared half-yearly, quarterly or even monthly.

In addition, we will schedule regular management meetings to monitor the performance of your business, develop strategic business plans and ensure efficient planning to minimise taxation liabilities.

Management accounts provide invaluable financial information to enable management to monitor and improve their performance, and to take timely decisions about the future activities of their businesses.

The combination of up to date financial information with regular input from our staff will provide a powerful and unique service to assist you and your business in achieving your financial objectives.

Up to date accounts should help ensure the full confidence of your bankers and other lending institutions by demonstrating that the management of your business is based on accurate information.

Because the service is for a fixed fee for a twelve month period, businesses will be fully aware of the cost and be able to incorporate it within their budgets.

A separate estimate can also be given for annual compliance work such as audit, personal tax, and corporate tax. Wherever possible, management accounts work will be used to minimise the cost of annual accounts.
