After an initial audit of your system we can offer a fixed rate monthly maintenance contract covering all the different areas of your computer network. This includes:
- Telephone Support and remote management
- Site visits as required
- Labour element of Hardware Support (ie you only pay for the parts)
- Remote monitoring to check backups, antivirus protection, etc
- Regular monthly visit to check everything is running smoothly.
